    The only positive …
The only positive that is coming out of this is for the people that getting rich right now. They are happy cause they get desperate, slave labor, at a discount in this time. It is bullshit! CEOs should be getting massive pay cuts (they will live!) and the rich should compensate the unemployed. Take a look at who has money, cause it’s clear who don’t!

    Yes, thanks to my …
Yes, thanks to my generation, the traditional family is dieing in America. My generation left out the part of marriage that my parents clung to for over 50 years, commitment. We were not into “commitment” right off the get. We began the acceptance in society of a “live together and see what happens” and in doing so, had the back door exit in mind. That followed us into marriage..that mind set and our children followed the pattern.

    DEMCAD can you …
DEMCAD can you please once in a while do a happy video even if it’s off topic. Maybe a movie review or something. I love your videos but once in a while a happy video keeps your hopes up. I know you like to write movie scripts. maybe talk about writing or the movies you like to watch. You have a sick Blu-Ray collection.

    There can be a …
There can be a rebound in the housing market, because of course poor people will not be able to buy the houses. But check this out, in times of recession near depression the mega rich. The really really rich can buy the houses at very cheap prices. When the value of the dollar falls the solutions is for a rich person to buy assets and just sit on them. Then the housing prices will rise with time, and the really rich make money without doing a thing.

    Update: I just …
Update: I just found the article the guy was referring to. Neither U3 or U6 include these figures. Also, the stat was nationwide. It’s just really shocking how fast this thing is accelerating. I was hoping it would take at least 5 years.

    Just saw a great …
Just saw a great argument about the false unemployment reporting by the government and I thought I’d share one key point. The person in the video was mentioning that 80% of college graduates were not finding work in their field. I believe this stat came from an area in California but I wouldn’t be surprised to see a high percentage nationwide. I wonder if even the U6 includes recent college graduates. Does the U6 also include people that are underemployed?

I KNOW what you are …
I KNOW what you are saying! I drove truck for a while & 1 of the guys I worked with always wanted to stop at this 1 place in northern MN & eat. It seemed like everyone there had blue eyes and they’d stare at me & when I’d look towards ‘em they’d duck or turn. I hated that place. I just wanted to go home. Our 1st stop in AK- Fast Eddy’s in Tok. It was such a relief to walk in those doors where no one cares what you look like. I love Alaska!

    I’m the her. …
I’m the her. Sometimes I want to KILL HIM!! Right now we have been arguing for 2 days. But I figure in a couple more days it will be all figured out and done. In a couple more days we will both have forgotten the whole thing. Being absent minded is helpful. Then in a couple more days I’ll be thinking this is the best, kindest, smartest man I ever met! Do I still love him? Sure. It’s just kinda hard to admit when I’m mad…………………grrrrrr

    the housing market …
the housing market turned into modern indentured servitude.
you take out such a huge loan your a slave to the fed for the next thirty to forty years.
The system needed to come to an end, housing should not be a commodity period just like energy and food it’s a necessity and the government should have been doing a better job of regulating it instead of worrying about baseball players doing steroids the US government is so broken there is no fixing it , nepotism and corruption has destroyed it .

    When Americans …
When Americans stagger into reality and find out the truth. That is that America has been sold out from under them.
virtually everything roads waterways parks railways waste treatment tunnels EVERYTHING !
Why? because America will never be in a position to challenge the one world govt ever .
Thus all military bases and large areas of America will be transferred to the UN
you will be stacked and packed like sardines
and the rest will be sold out from under you.
    it’s coming like tomorrows dawn

    foreclosed houses …
foreclosed houses are a good deal now, during the mid 1980’s my parents bought a house for 30,000 with a swimming pool, 2 acres and a beachfront, everyone thought they were crazy! buying a house now is far smarter than it was before the housing collapse. So it’s not a BAD time to buy houses, it might not be the best time but it certainly does seem like, if your buying the house for utility rather than investment it is a great time to buy.

    When people have to …
When people have to depend on the family unit for survival, independence will lose it’s charm. Society must break down for it to restore itself to the traditional ideas that are sound and generally create wealth.

I did not mean to …
I did not mean to say that latin girls are worse than white girls. I just had a problem with her because of our cultural differences. I am german and therefore really hard headed myself. Its just that she never gave in….never, not ones, not even on stupid meaningless things. My friend is german too and married to a black women, they have the same problems. But the black girl somehow plays him more gentle and tactical to get what she want’s. She seems too be more skilled mind him.

    After going through …
After going through several ups and downs and a divorce and plenty of hard times I look at my husband as my survival partner, not just for love, sex or money. After things get old sure we get board and unhappy at times but when shtf whos going to be by your side , who will feed you when your sick and who is there to help you through a parents death or job loss. A husband or wife is part of survival in a cold hard world.

But every man who marries believes that he’s going to have a loving wife. Half of the time, they divorce and the many of the others are miserable and/or bored.
