Tim Reeder Tim is a resident of midtown Omaha and specializes in historic and older homes. He has
been a leading REALTOR® for over 8 years and is licensed in Nebraska and Iowa. Tim is a member of
Destination Midtown, Landmarks, Inc., Restore Omaha, Omaha Area Board of REALTORS® and the
National Association of REALTORS®.

Kelli Mickeliunas Kelli is a consistent top producer in her group and is licensed in Nebraska and
Iowa. She has been honored with numerous awards and recognition, and says she has built her business
through relationships. Kelli is a member of the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS® and the National
Association of REALTORS®.

Steve Torneten – Ater receiving an honorable discharge from the United States Marine Corp as a commissioned officer and helicopter pilot, Steve flew commercial airplanes until September 11, 2001. Today, Steve is a licensed broker with The Good Life Group and a member of the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS®, the Southwest Iowa Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Club Net Member with Buffini and Company, and specailizes in the condominium market. He is an accomplished author of the book, “Condo Living in Omaha”

Brian Adams Brian brings 10 years of business management experience and a Bachelors of
Architectural Studies degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He has been in real estate for
nearly 4 years and is a member of the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS® and the National Association
of REALTORS®.
