Hello I’m Jeff Rubin founder of Real Estate Riches (http://www.realestateriches.com) and I would like to personally congratulate you for registering to attend one of our free investor workshops. Unlike other real estate seminars that you may have gone to in the past we have no books or tapes for sale and will not ask you to spend money or sign up for anything at the end. Instead we will explain to you exactly what we ourselves do in order to make money and avoid problems using local real estate under current market conditions so that you can decide for yourself if you would like to do the same. Think of it as an inside look at exactly what we do and how we do it, how much we money we make, how much time and effort are put in, what risks we incur and how we manage those risks and most importantly what type of lifestyle we get to enjoy as a result. I personally believe that anyone can become rich and that real estate is, was and always will be the best way to grow and preserve wealth. Unfortunately most people often settle for less than they deserve because they don’t believe they are capable or they are just too afraid to try. Our mission at Real Estate Riches is to peal back the negative thinking and reveal your potential and at the same time showing you all the real estate wisdom that we have been able to accumulate over many many years of first hand experience.
