I wish I could find …
I wish I could find cheap property here. I went to look at a house for sale for about 17,000 USD and it was a complete mess and thats the cheapest house in the country.

Well that may be …
Well that may be true in a short term prognosses but mid term and long I beg to differ. Prices have come up since Feb this year and will continue to rise in spurts over the next 1 1/2 in my opnion based on the sudden outpour of interest in Detroit’s cheap deals and high rental income.
Don’t mis the boat or the bottom.

Beautiful homes, …
Beautiful homes, but the property market there is going to be depressed for some time to come due to the economy, GM problems, and continuing foreclosures. If I thought the job situation in Detroit was going to improve they would be great investments.
