The opening night at Crystals in City Center. Local real estate broker Todd Miller gives a video tour of some of the artistic features of the shopping area at Crystals and also views some of the local tenants. City Center has been one of the few high rise projects to continue toward completion because of falling real estate values in the Las Vegas area.
