Wow, you can’t use copyrighted material for commercial use. Unless you are a relative of the Dixie Chicks. You will find yourself with a law suit or a cease and disorder letter by a big mean law firm.
You can buy some royalty free music so you will own the rights to it. It won’t be the Dixie Chicks but I think your humorous writing made the commercial anyway.
Not only do you put yourself in harms way but the home owner that agreed to the commercial as well.
